Redesigned the Kissflow homepage to consolidate workflow management in one place — pending tasks, in-progress items, and recently used workflows all accessible without navigating through scattered sections.

Approach

Mapped fragmented task-switching patterns across 'Created By Me' and 'Assigned To Me' sections to identify pain points. Designed a unified hub with status-first visibility — prioritizing due dates, active workflows, and item-level statuses. Iterated the layout to surface the most actionable information at a glance.
