Designed the password policy configuration experience — account admins can now customize minimum length, complexity rules (uppercase/lowercase/numbers/special chars), password history restrictions, and expiry timelines.
Approach
Balanced organizational flexibility with secure defaults. Gave admins a choice between Kissflow's default policy or custom configuration, with each rule independently configurable. Used sensible defaults and inline validation to prevent over-restrictive policies that would frustrate end users.
Outcome
Gave admins control to tailor security policies to their organization's specific requirements. Enhanced account security through customizable password governance while maintaining usability for end users.
