Overview
Streamlined SAML configuration for Azure AD SSO integration. Admins can now download Kissflow metadata with one click and upload Azure AD Federation Metadata XML — all IdP configuration fields auto-populate.
Approach
Identified the highest-friction steps in SSO setup from admin feedback. Replaced manual field entry with XML-driven auto-population to eliminate common errors like mismatched formatting, extra spaces, and incorrect slashes. Added Super Admin control over SSO notification emails for better governance.
Outcome
Reduced setup errors from manual misconfiguration. Saved configuration time for returning admins via auto-populated data and improved admin control over SSO communications.
